Every baker should know how to make a pie crust. If not, here's your opportunity to learn how grandma did it. In this class, the instructor will cover techniques of how to make a flacky crust and successfully roll it out. You'll leave the class with a recipe, knowledge, and a pie crust to bake at home. Tasting is included. Bring to class a 9" pie pan. Class fee of $10 at time of registration plus supply fee of $10 payable to instructor on day of class.
